We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, profession, compassionate and child friendly environment for patients and their families.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic no toys, books or games are available in our waiting room.

Please note that due to the risk of allergies we ask that you do not brink food into our waiting room or

treatment rooms.

We currently cannot see patients for in person appointments if any member of the family has experienced the following:

Fever >37.5 degrees
Trouble breathing
New of worsening cough
Travel outside of Canada within 14 days
Contact with confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19
Contact with someone who has travelled outside of Canada within 14 days

No shows/Cancellations:

Our office is a referral based practice. This creates a waitlist to ensure that all patients are seen in a

timelv manner

No shows are subject to a fee:

Follow ups: $50

Medicals: $75

Developmental: $100

Please cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

The named patient must be present for the appointment. If other arrangements need to be made please contact the office directly.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Our office provides our patients and their family with strict confidentiality or their personal and medical information. This standard is enforced by the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons. Please be aware that information about appointment dates/times and the nature of the visit cannot be released without written consent from legal guardians.

Our email address will not be used to respond to medical questions, request or the sharing of any personal or confidential information as this communication cannot be protected with the use of third party servers (gmail).
